Customer Service Executive
|Job Responsibilities||-Receive, make call & chat with customers.
-Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly & properly.
-Collect customer’s feedback and make report of that.
-Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
-Maintain customer database.
|Educational Requirements||Bachelor Degree from any University.|
|Experience Requirements||Computer literacy is the must.|
|Additional Requirements||-Must have own laptop/desktop PC with active internet connection.
-Communicate clearly over the phone and demonstrate good speaking & writing skill.
-Able to work on Govt. holidays.
-Must be responsible, reliable, highly energetic, polite and hardworking.
-Able to handle pressure.
-Positive attitude and self motivated.
-Good English writing skill will get preference.
