Sylvester Stallone is back as Dwight “The General” Manfredi in Taylor Sheridan’s hit crime drama Tulsa King Season 3 on Paramount+.
Tulsa King Season 3 premieres on Sunday on the streaming platform with Episode 1, titled Blood and Bourbon. The series follows Manfredi, a mob capo who is released from prison after serving a 25-year sentence for murder.
After Dwight is sprung from confinement, he is relocated by the crime family he works for in New York City to Tulsa, Okla., to start a new criminal enterprise but discovers that the family cannot be trusted and finds himself in danger.
The official logline for Tulsa King Season 3 reads, “As Dwight’s empire expands, so do his enemies and the risks to his crew. Now, he faces his most dangerous adversaries in Tulsa yet: the Dunmires, a powerful old-money family that doesn’t play by old-world rules, forcing Dwight to fight for everything he’s built and protect his family.”
Robert Patrick (Peacemaker) plays Jeremiah Dunmire, who heads the Dunmire family.
Tulsa King Season 3 also stars Martin Starr, Jay Will, Annabella Sciorra, Neal McDonough, Beau Knapp, Bella Heathcote, Chris Caldovino, McKenna Quigley Harrington, Mike “Cash Flo” Walden, Kevin Pollak, Vincent Piazza, Frank Grillo, Michael Beach, James Russo, Garrett Hedlund and Dana Delany.
Also joining Stallone and the cast in a guest role in Tulsa King Season 3 is Samuel L. Jackson as Russell Lee Washington Jr. Jackson’s character will then transition from Tulsa to New Orleans for the Tulsa King spinoff series NOLA King.
