
MIDDLE RIVER, MD—Maryland State Senator Carl Jackson is partnering with the Baltimore County Police Department to host a “Community Impact Walk” next week, encouraging local residents, businesses, and schools to participate in a collaborative effort to improve the community.
The walk is scheduled for Wednesday, October 22nd, at 6:00 p.m.
Senator Jackson will host the event alongside Baltimore County Police Chief Robert McCullough and representatives from the Essex Precinct 11.
The purpose of the walk is to bring together the local police department, businesses, schools, and neighbors to “walk the community, share personal experiences and concerns, and explore how we can work together to create a more positive impact,” according to the event’s promotional flyer.

The Community Impact Walk will meet at 610 Compass Road, Baltimore, MD 21220, which is located in the Middle River area served by Precinct 11. Parking is noted to be available at the meeting location.
Residents are encouraged to attend and engage directly with their local elected official, the Police Chief, and police officers to share feedback and brainstorm solutions for community betterment.
