PERRYVILLE, MD—Hollywood Casino Perryville, Maryland’s first casino, is marking its 15th Anniversary with a special celebration this Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The milestone event will spotlight the casino’s enduring success in northeastern Maryland and honor the dedication of its longest-serving staff.
The celebration focuses on the ten original “Day One” team members who have been with the property since it opened its doors in 2010.
The exclusive recognition ceremony is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the Costco located at 9919 Pulaski Highway in Middle River. The highlight of the morning will be a unique reward for the ten honorees: a thrilling 10-minute shopping spree at the warehouse club.
General Manager Amy Brennan will host the event, praising the long-tenured employees whose commitment has helped solidify the casino’s reputation for hospitality and gaming excellence over the past decade and a half.
“To commemorate 15 years as a gaming and entertainment leader in Northeastern Maryland, Hollywood Casino Perryville is recognizing the people and guests who helped make its success possible,” the casino stated in a release.
In addition to the team member recognition, the celebration will highlight the casino’s recent renovations, which have given the gaming floor a refreshed look. The upgrades, coupled with a continued commitment to community impact, reflect the casino’s forward-looking approach to the regional entertainment market.
Hollywood Casino Perryville first opened on September 17, 2010, and has since played a major role in the state’s gaming industry, continually evolving to maintain its status as a premier entertainment destination on the I-95 corridor.
