The teenager was taken into custody Thursday at the Burlington County Courts Facility in Mount Holly. He is being held at the Ocean County jail.
The teen allegedly shot Andre Ross, 25, once in the back at Mill Dam Park on Sept. 25 at about 5:45 p.m.
